When it comes to designing an event for you and your guests, there’s no limit on the possibilities.
We believe every event should be bold, intentional, and unforgettable.
Our approach is built on personal touches that make each celebration a true reflection of the people at its center. Every gathering tells a story — one that carries the host and their guests somewhere they have never been before.

Meet Tanya
Founder + Creative Event Director
With more than twenty-five years producing celebrations across weddings, milestone galas and intimate private dinners, Tanya is the steady hand and creative eye behind every GEM event. What began as designing gatherings for family and friends grew into a full studio practice rooted in a single belief — that the most memorable events feel personal first, beautiful second.
Tanya leads each project from first conversation to final toast, composing palette, atmosphere, vendors and timeline into one cohesive evening. Clients describe her as part designer, part producer, part calm in the room — the kind of planner who anticipates the moment before anyone else sees it coming.
Off the clock, she is endlessly inspired by old ballrooms, jazz-era glamour, garden florals, and the way a beautifully set table can make people lean in a little closer.
How an event comes to life.
Discovery
We begin with conversation — uncovering the story, the guests, and the feeling you want the room to hold.
Vision & Design
Mood, palette, florals, lighting, and atmosphere are composed into a single, cohesive creative direction.
Planning
Vendors are curated. Timelines, logistics, and contingencies are drafted with calm precision.
Production
Every supplier is choreographed. Load-in, ceremony, dining, and dance are walked and rehearsed.
The Event
You arrive as a guest. We hold the rest — steady, unseen, and devoted to your experience.

The people closest to the couple deserve a day that feels like summer light — easy, golden, unhurried.
Garden ceremonies under open sky. Bridesmaids and groomsmen styled in tonal palettes that photograph beautifully in daylight. Bouquets built from the season, portraits taken before the toasts begin — every moment of the wedding party choreographed so the joy looks effortless.
